Returns Policy

We hope you love your OOFOS, but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s super simple to return them with our 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any returns that do not meet these guidelines outlined will be declined.

To assess both fit and comfort you should only try your OOFOS on inside the house on carpet and not on hard surfaces or outside.  Please do not remove the tags until you are 100% sure of your OOFOS.

Any items returned to exchange or refund, must be in their original condition with product tags and original packaging intact. If the product you purchased was received in a shoe box, we will also require this to be returned in as new condition. OOFOS have the right to decline any return that does not meet these guidelines.

Should you wish to return your OOFOS for exchange or refund, you will need to pay the return shipping costs to us. We in turn will cover the shipping costs of any replacement products to you.

To return your product, please request an RA number by sending an email to sales@injinji.com.au and indicate the reason for your return. Please also include some images of your footwear for us to view.

Note our office hours are Monday - Friday, so please allow time for our team to reply via email with instructions for your return.

Your return will be processed usually  within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your returned item and whether it has been approved or declined. 

Any OOFOS purchased from a retailer must be returned to the place of purchase. We cannot accept any OOFOS not purchased directly through us.

  •  Gift cards are non-returnable 

During promotional periods all postage for returns and exchanges are at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Warranty 

Every pair of OOFOS is under warranty for 6 months from the date of purchase. If it turns out there is a defect in your OOFOS, we will replace them with a new pair. All items returned to OOFOS that are outside the warranty period of 6 months from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

OOFOS products purchased from our retail partners must be returned to the place of purchase for warranty assessment.

If you believe your product is defective, please reach out to sales@injinji.com.au along with the following pictures:

  • Product in its entirety

  • Bottom of soles showing tread

  • Defective area

  • Proof of purchase 

  • Size/style/colour of the shoe

Please note that all warranty requests will be replaced with the same style, colour and size. If the original product is unavailable, you may request a different replacement item of the same value which is currently in stock on OOFOS.com.au  Please confirm the size and style requested for your replacement, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any warranty replacement.

What’s not covered:
· Normal wear and tear
· Squeaking
· Exposure to heat (shrinkage)
· Misuse of the product
· Pairs purchased from unauthorised sellers
