Most OOFOS styles are designed in a medium unisex width, with the exception of the OOlala, which features a slightly narrower footbed. While many customers find the standard fit comfortable, certain styles may suit wider or narrower feet better.

For those with wider feet, we recommend the OOriginal or OOriginal Sport thong, as well as the OOahh Sport Flex slide. The OOahh Sport Flex includes an adjustable OOfoam™ strap, allowing for a more accommodating fit for wider feet, and those with higher insteps or arches.

If you have narrower feet, the OOlala thong may be a better option, as its footbed shape is slightly more tapered.

Because of the way OOFOS footwear is manufactured, fit and dimensions can vary slightly between styles. To help you find the right size, we provide foot length measurements in centimeters in the sizing tables below.

How to measure your foot
1. Place your largest foot on an A4 sheet of paper.
2. Mark the position of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
3. Measure the distance between these two points.

This measurement is your foot length, which can then be matched to the size guide below. Fit is an important part of comfort, and the measurements provided are intended as a guide. If you prefer to try OOFOS in person, you can find your nearest retailer using our Store Locator.

Important: OOFOS footwear is made from our soft and supportive OOfoam™, designed to deliver superior comfort and recovery. To protect the material, avoid overstretching or pulling excessively on the straps.

The strap across the top of the foot should feel comfortable rather than tight. Your foot should sit securely within the footbed, with enough room to easily slide your foot into the sandal.

Do you have a high instep? Then it is possible that the OOahh style can be tight on the foot, we therefore recommend the OOaah Flex for those with a high instep.
